Many of the flaws from Yakuza: Like a Dragon’s initial foray into turn-based combat have been rectified, with numerous additions that make engaging in battles within the hub cities a rewarding experience. Just give it a chance and you will be impressed with the progress.
While aligning these abilities can be challenging due to enemy movement, successfully executing them for significant damage and crowd control is immensely satisfying. The Aquanaut, wielding a surfboard, stands out for dealing substantial water damage to foes while buffing allies. Later in the story, access to all classes from the previous game enhances the diversity of options available. However, the restriction of classes by gender remains a notable drawback. Female characters like Saeko, Chitose, and Seonhee are unable to access classes like Aquanaut and Action Star, while male characters miss out on options like Geodancer and Night Queen.

Its narrative, focused on cherishing loved ones and living without regrets, is refreshingly straightforward. Infinite Wealth could easily reach the game of the year thanks to the exciting battles and the side content offered.
